PENGARUH MACAM PUPUK KANDANG TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN SAWI SENDOK (Brassica rapa subsp.)

Penelitian tentang “Pengaruh Macam Pupuk Kandang Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Sawi sendok (Brassica rapa subsp.)” telah dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 24 Maret sampai dengan 30 April 2025 di Kebun Percobaan Pertanian Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta, yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Joglo, Kec.Banjarsari, Kota Surakarta, Jawa Tengah dengan jenis tanah Aluvial dan ketinggian tempat ± 105 mdpl. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian macam pupuk kandang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi sendok, serta mengetahui macam pupuk yang memberikan hasil tertinggi pada tanaman sawi sendok hijau (Brassica rapa subsp.). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan faktor tunggal yaitu macam pupuk kandang. Adapun perlakuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, tanpa pupuk kandang (A0), pupuk kandang ayam 16,98 gram/polybag (A1), Pupuk kandang ayam 33,96 gram/ polybag (A2), Pupuk kandang ayam 50,94 gram/ polybag (A3), Pupuk kandang sapi 5,65 gram/ polybag (S1), Pupuk kandang sapi 11,30 gram/ polybag (S2), Pupuk kandang sapi 16,95 gram/ polybag (S3), Pupuk kandang kambing 11,30 gram/ polybag (G1), Pupuk kandang kambing 22,60 gram/ polybag (G2) dan Pupuk kandang kambing 33,90 gram/ polybag (G3). Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali, sehingga ada 30 polybag, dengan 2 tanaman per polybagnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Ragam, yang dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Jujur pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perlakuan macam pupuk kandang berpengaruh nyata pada parameter tanaman yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, lebar daun, dan panjang daun, dan kecuali tidak berpengaruh nyata pada paramater berat brangkasan basah tanaman sawi sendok dan berat brangkasan kering tanaman (Brassica rapa subsp.) (2) Pupuk kandang kambing dosis G2 22,60 gram/polybag memberikan hasil tertinggi pada parameter tinggi tanaman (18,33 cm), jumlah daun (10,00 helai), lebar daun (6,67 cm), dan panjang daun (12,67 cm).
Research on " The Effect of Types of Manure on the Growth and Yield of Mustard Greens (Brassica rapa subsp.) " was conducted from March 24 to April 30, 2025 at the Agricultural Experimental Garden of Slamet Riyadi University of Surakarta, located in Joglo Village, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City, Central Java with Alluvial soil type and altitude of ± 105 meters above sea level. This study aims to determine the effect of providing various types of manure on the growth and yield of mustard greens, as well as to determine the types of fertilizers that provide the highest yields on mustard greens (Brassica rapa subsp.). This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a single factor, namely the type of manure. The treatments in this study were, without manure (A0), chicken manure 16.98 grams/ polybag (A1), chicken manure 33.96 grams/polybag (A2), chicken manure 50.94 grams/polybag (A3), cow manure 5.65 grams/polybag (S1), cow manure 11.30 grams/polybag (S2), cow manure 16.95 grams/polybag (S3), goat manure 11.30 grams/polybag (G1), goat manure 22.60 grams/polybag (G2) and goat manure 33.90 grams/polybag (G3). Each treatment was repeated 3 times, so there were 30 polybags, with 2 plants per polybag. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance, followed by Honestly Significant Difference Test at the 5% level. The results of the study showed that (1) the type of manure treatment had a significant effect on plant parameters, namely plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, and leaf length, and except for that it had no significant effect on the parameters of fresh weight of mustard greens and dry weight of plants (Brassica rapa subsp.) (2) Goat manure with a dose of G2 22.60 grams/polybag gave the highest results in the parameters of plant height (18.33 cm), number of leaves (10.00 strands), leaf width (6.67 cm), and leaf length (12.67 cm).
