Abstract

Artificial intelligence technology has played an increasingly important role in the e-commerce industry, influencing various aspects of the consumer shopping experience. This systematic literature study aims to analyze how the implementation of artificial intelligence technology in the shopping experience in e-commerce. The search method used includes related keywords such as e-satisfaction, artificial intelligence, online retail, and consumer experience. The search results show that artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning, recommendation engines, size intelligence services, virtual try-on, and personalization services can improve consumer satisfaction and shopping experience in online retail. However, the implementation of this technology can also raise challenges related to data privacy and system transparency. The implications of this study provide insights for online retail marketers in optimizing the implementation of artificial intelligence technology to improve consumer shopping experience.
